I’ve found that most gyms don’t have a traffic problem. They have a lead generation problem.
I used to think most gyms had a traffic problem so I used to spend a ton of time on things like ads and then we started to build funnels and sites, studying attribution, Google My Business profiles, and Google Analytics.
To my surprise, I found most gyms that have been around 3+ years have a decent amount of traffic.
Usually, most of these gyms are seeing 10,000+ interactions, views, and searches and have no clue it’s happening.
