There’s no argument that getting revenue and putting our cash flow in the green is mission critical to business in this stage, so why do we find it so hard to do?


When you’re starting out or in the growth stage as a gym owner NOTHING is as important as sales.

Without sales you don’t have customers, without customers you don’t have revenue and without revenue any business will quickly die.

Sales is not the skillset or hat many gym owners would chose to wear first, so we invent a million other things to do to avoid doing it.

The secret to doing revenue generating activities is to identify which activities actually generate revenue as a direct result and which are just a waste of time that masks itself as progress.

When these activities are made into habits we simply can not live without doing them and our lives prosper in return.
